I grew up adoring the old Hollywood classics – the plots, performers, sets, styling, fashion, and of course the incredible lighting and cinematography. I loved most genres (as long as they had a good story!), from b&w classics such as Witness for the Prosecution and Bringing up Baby to full blown technicolor movies like The Wizard of Oz and Ben Hur.
So I was thrilled when Rebecca was all for doing themed shoots and a bit of vintage glamour, and even suggested film noir (which is also an inspiration for me). Having wanted to do these style for ages, I naturally had a blast at this session!
