It’s always a pleasure when I get to shoot for Gena from SWEETNESS The Patisserie. I absolutely adore her gourmet goodies (they really are sensational) and she has deservedly won so many awards for her fine collection of sweet morsels. Along with packaged treats, Gena also offers a wide range of goodies made-to-order (eg. for birthdays, weddings, corporate functions).
A couple of Gena’s creations were published in the Good Living section of the SMH today (p15, 30/11/2010) – Mince Tarts and Nougat! For those who don’t know, the Growers’ Market are a fantastic gathering of local growers and producers of fresh food and wonderful quality hand-made items – I love these initiatives which supports the ‘slow food/lifestyle’ movements and increase awareness and appreciation of the art of beautiful hand-made things.
